We are looking for a friendly and extremely efficient receptionist / Admin / PA:
Their responsibilities will be as follows:
Being the face of the company - friendly and neatly presented
Greet and welcome guests Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings Tea and Coffee for visitors
Ordering new employee tags for entrance gate
Answering phone
Filing
Capturing
Office duties - Ordering cleaning supplies, stationery, groceries, first aid supplies
Managing domestic worker (office and stock room) and office maintenance Taking care of the empoyee/Managing Director travel arrangements including the booking of transport, accommodation
Minutes of meetings
A car and experience is required for this position.
