We are a small architectural firm is looking to employ a young and vibrant admin clerk and filing clerk and personal assistant.
Job responsibilities:
- P.A to MD- Keep track of appointments and set up meetings.
- Book flights and accommodation when required.
- Any other small jobs requested to make your MD's life easier.
- Manage electronic and hard copy filing system
- Keep track of plan submissions electronically
- Follow up with municipalities regarding submissions
- Update electronic plan tracking system
- Communicate directly with clients and update clients on progress of plan submissions and designs
- Compile all submission documentation for all jobs
- Assist drawing office manager with any administrative requests
- Answer all telephone calls
- Plan submissions to municipalities
- Collect any and all documentation from clients and municipalities
- Collect plan prints from printers
- Lunch runs and other office runs requested.
Job requirements:
- Basic drawing assistance training will be provided from time to time
- You will be required to work a minimum of 4 hours a day.
- Your day will be based on the assumption that you might be required to work full days most days of the week.
- Salary will be hourly based between R20 and R30 per hour based on qualifications. Salary will be discussed in full when interviewed.
- Petrol reimbursement per km traveled at agreed upon rate.
- Matric- Drivers license and reliable motor vehicle every single day (No exceptions as you will be required to travel)
- Previous administrative experience (At least 1 year) -proof of this employment must be given
- Good communication skills
- Outspoken bubbly personality
