The Role:
* Demonstrable previous experience in administration
* Updating the charity's database
* Filing and archiving
* Monitoring and ordering stationary when required
* Photocopying
* Under the guidance of the Fundraising Manager record fundraising income when required
* Letter writing on behalf of the Fundraising Manager and other team members on occasion
* Assist with fundraising and marketing campaign mail mergers
* Answering the phone & taking accurate messages
* Offer general administrative support to members of the team as and when required
* Occasional help at fundraising events may be required
Salary up to R10k P/M.
