- Reception and telephone answering duties

- Manage payable and receivable oversees and coordinate general office administration
- Minute meetings as required book travel
Update and manage filing systems produce a range of business correspondence to high professional standard qualifications
- Administrative and /ore legal secretarial qualifications minimum grade 12(matric)
- Bookkeeping ore accounting background
- Excellent English writing skills
- Advanced MS office skills,including excel and PowerPoint
- Basic familiarity with apple platforms
- Excellent typing skill
- Valid drivers licence
