KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage clients and contact database
- Reception and telephone answering duties
- Update project management calendar prepare marketing presentation prepare invoices (sage one)
- Manage payable and receivable overseas and coordinate generally office administration clerk
- Minutes meetings as required book travel
Update and manage filing systems produced a range of business correspondence to highly professional standards qualification
- Administrative and/ore legal secretary qualification minimum grade (12) result
- Bookkeeping ore accounting background
- Excellent English writing skills
- Advanced MS office skills, including excel and PowerPoint
- Basic familiarity with apple platform
- Excellent typing skills
- Valid driver's license code (08'10'14 pdp)
