Administration clerk

we are looking for a responsible administration to perform a variety of administration and clerical tasks,duties of the administration including providing support to our manage and employees,assisting in daily office needs and managing our company general administration responsibilities including making travel and meetings arrangement,preparing report's and maintaining appropriate filling systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and writing communication skills and be able to organize their working using tools,like MS exel and office equipment it you also have previously executive administration and familiarity within our industry,we'd like meet your ultimately,a successful administration should ensure the officients and smooth day to day operations of our office. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Answer and directors phone calls 
  • Organize and schedule appointment 
  • Plan meetings and take details minutes 
  • Writing and distribution emails, correspondence memos,letter,taxes and forms 
  • Assist in the preparing on of regularly schedule report's 
  • Develop and maintaining a filing systems 
  • Update And maintaining office policies that procedures 
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and supplies 
  • Maintain contact list 
  • Book travel arrangement 
  • Submit and reconciliation expenses report's 
  • Provide generally support to visitors 
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients 
  • Executive and senior administration to handle requests and queries from senior managers 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Proven experience as an administration virtually administration ore office administration clerk duties 
  • Knowledge of office management system and procedures 
  • Working knowledge of office equipment like printing and fax machines 
  • Proficiency in MS office  (MS excel and MS PowerPoint )in particular 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
