Key Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Three Year Diploma/Degree in Financial Accounting
- At least 2 years’ experience in Office Management
- Sage training

Duties and Tasks:
- Producing of monthly reports
- Preparing of budgets and budgetary control
- Taking note of quotations
- Cash flow management
- Reconciling the statements on weekly basis
- Nominal ledger reconciliation-bank, debtors, creditors
- Debt collection
- Compiling invoices
- Invoicing of all experts in the business.
- Recording of all expenses
- Payments of bills
- Following up on payments
- Entering essential data of financial transactions in database.
- Maintaining of the asset register
- Research , track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Liaising with Managing directors, HR, CRO and Office Manager monthly.
- Preparing of final accounts for internal and external audits
- Assisting the external accountant with any documentation required.
- Ensuring business is task reliant.
- Managing the business account on monthly basis (snapshot of the financial status of the business).
- Sending salary slips to Consultants.
- Use accounting software to track and store financial and accounting data.
- Working on the Sage system.
- Allocation of payment on Sage and ensuring that they are update with Sage repayments.
- Ensuring proper accounting and clerical practices are being followed.
- Responsible for ensuring financial records are spotless and up-to-date.
- Meet financial accounts objectives
- Establishing and Maintaining fiscal files and records to document
- Assisting the company in strategic business plan
