Administration official required in Bellville.
Job requirements:
- Applicants must be in possession of a matric qualification
- Computer literate in MS Office (Word and Excel) and e-mail / internet
- Good interpersonal and business communication skills
- Must be able to operate independently and take own initiative
- At least one year office experience will be an added advantage
Job responsibilities:
- Assisting with the monthly invoicing.
- Any other tasks which relate to SEESA’s services and the specific post
- Confirmation of daily diary
- Ensuring all files are diarised and worked on regularly
- Filing of documents
- Follow-up of sent documents and contracts
- General office administration
- Maintaining and despatch of weekly log sheets of legal advisors
- Maintaining and updating of telephone lists
- Maintenance and updating of pro forma documents and labour manuals
- Making photocopies of contracts for implementation purposes and of other documents as requested by members
- Phone calls and follow up letters to clients
- Typing and faxing of client letters
- Will render support services to the Head Administrative Official
