Company in Hillcrest is looking to employ an administration team leader.
Job requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years administration experience of which 1 year as team leader.
- Financial Services Industry knowledge will be an advantage.
- FAIS credits or financial qualification (certificate, diploma).
- Computer literate especially Word and Excel.
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Own initiative to solve problems and errors.
- Ability to work under pressure (have to meet deadlines and targets).
- Time management, accuracy.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Job responsibilities:
- Report to and work close with management.
- Compile reports and spread sheets.
- Perform quality checks.
- Updates (capturing).
- Supervise admin team.
- Update and close queries.
