Administration team leader needed

Company in Hillcrest is looking to employ an administration team leader.

Job requirements:

  • Matric certificate.
  • Minimum of 3 years administration experience of which 1 year as team leader.
  • Financial Services Industry knowledge will be an advantage.
  • FAIS credits or financial qualification (certificate, diploma).
  • Computer literate especially Word and Excel.
  • Ability and willingness to learn.
  • Own initiative to solve problems and errors.
  • Ability to work under pressure (have to meet deadlines and targets).
  • Time management, accuracy.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Job responsibilities:

  • Report to and work close with management.
  • Compile reports and spread sheets.
  • Perform quality checks.
  • Updates (capturing).
  • Supervise admin team.
  • Update and close queries.
