Education Requirements
As an administrative and customer service assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online and offline customers. You will handle customer queries on email and social media, facilitate returns and refunds, reply to calls, and perform other administrative tasks as needed. You will also assist with inventory management, order processing, and shipping. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bilingual (Native/ fluent English & conversational/ written Afrikaans) - A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Experience with e-commerce platforms and social media (experience with Apps like Shopify/ Later/ Klaviyo is a plus)- A friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
