We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to undertake administrative tasks at our west London based main office. You would play an essential role in keeping our day to day business running smoothly and your responsibilities would vary on a daily basis so we are looking for a proactive, responsive and reliable individual who can provide a high standard assistance and support to co-workers. The role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills as you’d be required to communicate with suppliers, affiliates and clients worldwide.

• General Administration support including filing, mailings, client service management, meeting preparation, fielding calls, emails and queries from clients
• Maintaining accurate computer records including updating Outlook, Word and Excel documents
• Handling calls and emails in a professional manner, answering clients’ queries where possible, passing on detailed messages in a timely manner
• Diary management
• Filing and record keeping
• Accurate typing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written English
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Ability to be clear and concise when passing on information
• Strong organisational skills; able to multi-task and prioritise
• Ability to use own initiative and be proactive
