Purpose Of The Role
Your role as Admin Assistant focuses on supporting senior staff in the convenyancing and property law department.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (with Bachelor's Pass) preferably with CAT as a subject.
- Must be eligible to work in SA (SA Citizen with valid ID), and have a clear criminal history.
- MS Office - PC proficiency is essential
- Driver's license advantageous
- Scanning and saving FICA documents;
- Sending security documents to the banks and to clients;
- Collecting and collating FICA documents from clients;
- Following up on outstanding documents with clients (must have a good, pleasant telephone manner);
- Fetching and delivering documents between 2 buildings;
- Personal stuff that I might require;
- Girl Friday work;
- Doing reception duty in the Receptionist's absence;
- The person must be responsible and organised (dealing with original title deeds and bonds).
