The Role: We are looking for an Administrative Specialist who thrives in an administrative environment and possesses exceptional organizational skills. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including document management, data entry, communication, scheduling, financial administration, and office management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
  • Ensure all data is accurately entered and updated.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications promptly.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
