Job responsibilities:
- Your roll in administrative assistant is to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Duties of the administrative assistant include providing support to our managers and employees.
- Assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities such as typing out quotation and invoices, calling on new and old clients.
- Send out emails to clients on a daily basis.
- And knowing where our teams are and need to be during working hours.
