Administrative assistant is required in East London.
Job responsibilities:
- PA duties to Director and liaise with department managers including finance
- Use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) on a daily basis
- Ensure all filing and paperwork is up to date and well organised
- Assist finance manager
- Attend to postal, telephone, e-mail enquiries and all other duties in a professional manner
- Support the company's daily activities and paperwork, including learning to use in house system
- Review and update all social media on a regular basis with management team
- Send quarterly e-flyers to client base
- Update the company contacts database
- Take and distribute minutes at weekly staff meetings
- First aider and health & safety representative for the company (training provided if required)
- Keep office organised and tidy at all times
Job requirements:
- Polite individual
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Previous office experience required
