- At Least 2 - 3 Years experience as an administrative assistant (not a personal assistant)
- Must have experience and also be extremely meticulous with filing and organising of documentation
- Any prior experience in an industrial environment will be an advantage
- She must have a passion to learn and work in the HR department.
- Microsoft Office - Training and Experience

- o Powerpoint
- Able to navigate the internet and search engines
- Have experience in working with e-mails and the monitoring thereof
- The person must be able to follow instructions and perform accordingly.
