Job requirements:
- Responsibilities will include - assisting the HR team with office admin and the general smooth running of the office
- You will be required to assist the Sales and Marketing team on an ad-hoc basis
- This is an entry level position - Matric plus a min of 2 years admin/secretarial experience
- Computer proficiency (MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Secretarial/office management certificate/diploma
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise responsibilities and tasks
- To work independently, as well as a part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills
- Own vehicle essential as you will be required to run errands (km will be reimbursed)
- R7500 – R9000 CTC per month
