Administrative assistant required

Looking for an administrative assistant in Rosebank to join an organisation that prides itself in its employees and the relationships between them and work in a professional pleasant environment with dynamic people.

Job requirements:

  • Responsibilities will include - assisting the HR team with office admin and the general smooth running of the office
  • You will be required to assist the Sales and Marketing team on an ad-hoc basis
  • This is an entry level position - Matric plus a min of 2 years admin/secretarial experience
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Secretarial/office management certificate/diploma
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise responsibilities and tasks
  • To work independently, as well as a part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Own vehicle essential as you will be required to run errands (km will be reimbursed)
  • R7500 – R9000 CTC per month
