I would like to move my career in a new direction, and currently, I’m searching for a job opportunity that can facilitate this move. For the last decade, I have worked in the service industry as a customer service agent with highly reputable organizations such as - SARS and Discovery Health as well as The Phone House, a UK based contact centre. As a result of these experiences, I have become highly proficient at operating within a fast-paced environment under immense pressure. As a customer support agent, I work directly with customers to resolve issues. I've learnt to work efficiently and effectively while performing both customer service as well as administrative functions. Some of the many duties I perform as a customer service agent are communicating with clients via the telephone as well as email while also keeping detailed notes on these various client interactions in an accurate and timely manner.

I'm looking for a monday to friday job so i can spend time with my family and tend to my personal responsibilities . I'm a hardworker , fast learner and most surely can work in a team .. When i'm dedicated to do something i do it whole heartedly and with a focused mindset .
