MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To assist and support in the management of business activities of the MHR branch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Manage the administration of the MHR Panel Members
Ensure budget and payroll compliance for the branch
Provide basic risk management services to the Branch
Lead and supervise a team of people
Required Education
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 years management experience
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 years management experience
Required Experience
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Diploma in Financial Management or Diploma in General Management
DESIRED EDUCATION: Degree in Financial Management or Degree in General Management or Diploma in Nursing Management
Required Job Skills And Knowledge
- Apply risk management principles
- HR processes, including Employee Relations.
- Accounting principles relating to budgeting, credits and debits
- Relevant computer software packages including Microsoft Office Packages, CRS and MHRM.
- Relevant legislation within the healthcare industry.
- Conduct competency based interviews
- MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word) and relevant software packages (e.g. MHRM, CRS)
