Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all SYSPRO-related issues and inquiries within the organization.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for SYSPRO users.
- Train and onboard new users on SYSPRO functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements and improvements.
- Configure, customize, and maintain the SYSPRO system to align with business requirements.
- Develop and implement user access controls and security protocols within the SYSPRO system.
- Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SYSPRO features, updates, and industry trends.
- Extensive experience working with the SYSPRO ERP software, preferably as a super user or administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of SYSPRO modules, functionalities, and configuration options.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address system issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide support and training to users.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand business requirements.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation.
