Role and Responsibilities: As an Administration Staff member, you will work exclusively for 1 on our Australian clients to provide administrative and business support. Your main tasks will include but are not limited to:
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings, on behalf of Australian clients.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings across different time zones.
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic documents, databases, and records.
  • Assisting with data entry, report generation, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Adhering to Australian business hours (AEST time zone average work hours between 12am-9am) to ensure real-time communication and support.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • 2 years prior experience in administrative roles or similar capacities.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.
  • Basic bookkeeping experience beneficial (Xero the preferred system).
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (if work from home model required).
  • Flexibility to work during Australian business hours (12am 9am) during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service.
