Hello an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Life Solutions, Advice Led Broker
area. We are looking to recruit an Administrator.
Role Objectives
Ensure the on-boarding of all applications received by Hollard Life and ultimately full book policy
fulfillment. Ensure that all servicing of those policies are completed correctly and efficiently. Actively
participating within the new business team, assistance with all tasks to ensure that service deliveries are
met. Ensure that Hollards goals are met as well as the teams goal.

- Make a number of complaints related to job performance
- Deliver excellent service delivery so that our brokers want to do business with us
- Contribute to continuous improvement - Ideas and suggestions to be presented
- Report system bugs and shortcomings
- Assist with testing of new systems
- Contribute ideas to system and process improvements
- Meet Defined Targets / SLA`s
- Actively participate in the buddy system
- Actively and positively contribute to the success of my team
- Display a working knowledge of the Hollard Life product range and all other products that we
- Adhere to SOPS (Do not deviate from the processes, practice notes and business rules that
- Implement and adhere to all business rules
- Deliver work that you are proud of
- 12 months or more experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience within financial services industry an advantage
