We currently recruiting for co-ordinator with 2- 3 years’ experience. Should be vibrate with passion for Admin / travel logistics. Being available immediately will serve as advantage.
Key duties includes:
- Organising travel arrangement
- Sending out of quotes
- Ensuring all administration is done on time and accurately
- Managing of transportation including of pets
- Arranging of insurance overs
- Arranging of storage of goods
- Updating clients of progress on orders
- Ensuring all logistics are sorted
- Ensuring all documentation are competed
