Administrator Co-ordinator, Rneg

We currently recruiting for co-ordinator with 2- 3 years’ experience. Should be vibrate with passion for Admin  / travel logistics.  Being available immediately will serve as advantage.

Key duties includes:

  • Organising travel arrangement
  • Sending out of quotes
  • Ensuring all administration is done on time and accurately
  • Managing of transportation including of pets
  • Arranging of insurance overs
  • Arranging of storage of goods
  • Updating clients of progress on orders
  • Ensuring all logistics are sorted
  • Ensuring all documentation are competed
