As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

Job Purpose
Part of a team of data collectors and administration, the successful candidate will provide coordination of the Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) administrative services within TMF and the client support teams. The successful candidate will support with the collection and input of data related to ESG reporting, conducting research, delivering on initiatives to support our business and clients. Perform administrative and coordination activities dealing with complex Client data to support the overall ESG administration and reporting.
The role will initially report into the Head of ESG services, with the understanding that the exact responsibilities and positioning in the organisation will continue to evolve as the programme reaches maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams across TMF to co-ordinate reporting requirements and develop internal/external reports that align with common sustainability frameworks,
- Work with external teams (clients teams) and coordinate ESG data collection and ensure data consistency,
- Ability to communicate easily complex ESG topics,
- Build and establish excellent relationships with our clients; feel confident to communicate with clients and guide them during the collection process,
- Assist with ESG materiality assessment and with Sustainability reports,
- Coordinate and provide support with scoping activities (workshops, meetings, projects etc.) in line with the ESG procedures,
- Collect, administer and create output files using the selected ESG platform, ensuring all client data is managed with integrity and suitability maintained,
- Be able to manage testing of new ESG platform protocols and pilot programs before full implementation,
- Be able to conduct desktop research, analyse findings, track industry policy positions, provide updates and keep up to date on topics of expertise and act as the point of reference for them within ESG team,
- Provide support with the preparation and delivery of environmental reporting, including annual company energy usage and associated emissions reporting, company disclosures, ESG related prequalifications, EcoVadis and similar,
- Assist with the development of new ESG solutions, referencing relevant sustainability standards and frameworks.
- Bachelors Degree with a focus in one or more of the following: sustainable business, hospitality and/or tourism, environmental studies, accounting, facilities management, or other,
- Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders on all organisational levels,
- A keen interest in ESG and CSR with background knowledge on the subject, acquired through working experience and/or training or certification,
- Project management skills; able to plan, coordinate and execute within set timelines,
- Presentation skills; able to summarize and presents facts and figures in a clear and engaging way, both in writing (power point presentations) and in meetings (verbal presentation),
- Good level of English, intercultural awareness, and attention to detail. Experience working with a diverse range of offices, stakeholders, and services.
- Demonstrate good work habits, maintain a professional appearance, and attitude and follow policies and procedures,
- Ability to react to problems and resolve them on own initiative,
- Financially literate; able to understand and work with numbers,
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), with particularly strong experience in Excel
