Job description

We are seeking an Administrator residing in close proximity to our offices in Midrand, available to start immediately.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow with our company, possess strong teamwork skills, and excel in a deadline-driven environment.

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • Preference will be given to an administrative qualification or certificate
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in an Administration or environment
  • Due to the nature of our business and our client base, applicant must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English
  • Please note that the interviews will be conducted mainly in Afrikaans
  • The successful candidate should be able to start immediately
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Customer service orientation
  • Information management

  • Initiative
  • Reliability
  • The candidate must be fully computer-literate (Microsoft Office suite) and have excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Own reliable transport is an advantage
Daily duties will include but not be limited to the following:
  • General office and administration duties, such as filing, emailing, scanning and telephone enquiries.
  • Meticulous data entry, opening of new customer files and coordinate marketing lead sheets.
  • Diary and time management.
  • Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate.
  • Maintain polite, positive service attitude and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
  • General typing and updating of client information and documentation.
  • Attend to any catering/beverage requirements for department functions and meetings.
  • Act as communication medium between external and internal stakeholders.
  • Compile minutes when necessary.
