Kip McGrath Educational Centre Lambton is a seeking an admin person who can help out on a part-time basis.
Job responsibilities:
- Send professional correspondence emails to various clients on a daily basis using very high- and flawless language.
- Send out debt collecting bulk sms's.
- Type various letters containing important centre information.
- Resolve client-relation issues (written correspondence)
- Translate various documentation.
- Create multiple templates for emails and letters.
- Attend to both walk-in and online queries regarding the business.
Job requirements:
- Extremely proficient in both Afrikaans and English languages. (written and spoken). This is non-negotiable, as this position relies heavily on professional language skills and a broad vocabulary in both English and Afrikaans.
- Have own, reliable transport.
- Look and be extremely professional. (you will be the front line of the business, as you will be seated in reception).
- Must be able to work under pressure, very fast and accurately.
- Be trustworthy and punctual.
- Available at standard office hours.
