Debtors functions:
- Maintaining & updating all debtors records
- Allocation of all receipts Locally and internationally in both Res Request, Bazaruto
- and Sage
- Updating debtors records for amended bookings, where applicable
- Produce and send invoices as and when requested by Bank and by Agents etc
- Saving of bank statements, remittances and debtor correspondence
- Capturing bank charges as directed, supervised and approved by the debtors
- manager
- Updating of the Seamless bank statements
- Agent Account reconciliations
- Agent interaction and providing of invoices and statements and ensuring that agents are adhering to their agreed payment terms
- From time to time, you will be required to perform ad hoc requests, or stand in
off ill

- You are required to work 9 hours per day including an hour lunch break. The working
- hours are determined according to the team set up with flexibility
- Overtime may be required during peak periods for which you will be compensated
- with time off in lieu
- You may be required to travel for work from time to time
