Job Purpose: Responsible for post deal seller support, which includes query resolution, claims & buy- back processing, managing the seller collections process and assisting with any deal support functions that are needed.

Responsibilities
Under the management / direction of the Post Deal Support Supervisor, the Post Deal Support Administrator will have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Effectively processing claims and buy-backs
- Resolving Seller queries timeously and effectively
- Process and manage the loading of documentation for new books (COBs Cession letters,
- Accurate & timeous processing of seller collections files
- Ensuring claims, buy-backs & collection files are paid on time
- Reconciling payments to submissions / invoices
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Supporting the Post Deal Support Supervisor where necessary
- English language proficiency
- Preference: 5 years working experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative
- A logical mind with problem solving abilities
- Ability to interact with third parties with good written and verbal communication
- Professional mannerism
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
