In the role you will report to and support the Park Manager, working in the operations team on day to day sales administration and customer service tasks. Whilst assisting visitors and telephone callers, you will process sales administration which will involve; organising maintenance and trade works, liaising with customers on progress, and completing associated administration.
Sales and Park administrator and Receptionist
As a Sales and Park Administrator / Receptionist your duties will include:
* Assisting customers in person and over the telephone
- Taking payments
- Typing and preparing sales documentation
- Arranging trade and maintenance personnel to complete works
- Updating customers in relation to their purchase and assisting with queries
- Maintaining accurate computerised database records
- Visiting other parks in the Group
- Other tasks as required by the Group
An ideal Sales and Park Administrator / Receptionist will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Proven experience within an office based customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and friendly manner
- Confident and proactive approach to work
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Flexibility towards working tasks
- Smart appearance
- Full driving licence
- Experience working in the leisure / caravan park industry is preferred, although not essential
Your working hours will be 9:30am-5:00pm, 5 days out of 7 during the peak season (March - October), and 10am-4pm, 5 days out of 7 off-peak. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business.
In return you will receive a salary of R10000 - 15000 dependent upon experience.
