We are looking for administrator to join our dynamic team at Generation Schools in Cape Town CBD. We work within a high paced environment with a strong family culture within the office.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering and transferring of calls
- Copywriting of documentation
- General administration
- Provide admin support to all staff
- Filing, making copies, faxing
Requirements:
- Prior relevant work experience
- Strong Administration skills
- Good communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Extremely punctual and reliable with good health
- Good work ethic
- Driver’s license
- Good telephone etiquette
- Ability to work in a dynamic team
Potential for growth is a prerequisite for the position.
We are looking for a vibrant energetic person to answer phones and handle day-to-day duties. The Administrators working hours would be from 08h30 – 17h30
