We have a job vacancy for Administrator to work at a small business that specialises in Security and DSTV equipment and installation to perform diverse functions at its office in the Johannesburg CBD.
The minimum requirements are as follows:
- Excellent computer skills are an absolute must(Microsoft Office 2013 Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Email, Internet browsing and placing advertisements on websites
- Knowledge of website design and maintenance is an additional advantage
- General admin duties
- The ability to market the business via Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn is compulsory
- At least 2 years' experience in a previous administrative position
- Must be fully bilingual(English & Afrikaans); Xhosa as an additional language is an advantage but not a requirement
- Well spoken with excellent telephonic skills as you will also have reception duties
- Must have Matric
- Must be a fast learner and able to run the daytoday activities of the office
