Job Requirements
Client Liaison
To liaise with business units, partners, suppliers, vendors and management relating to Network operations in order ensure compliance to legislation, SI policy and procedure as well as delivering on the client customer experience.
Finance
To prepare and follow-up quotes, purchase orders and invoices regarding ad hoc services requested by clients according to policies and procedures
Department Admin
To prepare and raise purchase orders, travel and accommodation requirements and invoices the department according to policies and procedures
Ad Hoc Revenue
To prepare and present the monthly "ad hoc revenue" spreadsheet to management according to policies and procedures
Human Capital
Development Activities
To ensure that all allocated and agreed development activities are successfully completed within the SI policy and procedure framework.
Logged Queries
To review and analyse logged queries on the system (ICCM/BMC), assign the query to the relevant engineer and manage the query until resolution according to policies and procedures
To manage and facilitate any logistic arrangements for the department in terms of equipment/hardware according to policies and procedures
Department Admin
To take responsibility for the administration function of the department regarding RMA, updating the database, filing, updating the ICCM system and resource scheduling according to policies and procedures
To administrate client projects in terms of logistics and resources according to policies and procedures
