A busy restaurant and catering company in Woodstock is seeking an experienced administrator.
Job responsibilities:
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Responding to emails
- Quotations for catering work
- Securing menus for clients
- Invoicing (Quickbooks)
- Putting up orders for the kitchen
- Arranging party and ordering logistics
- Placing of supply orders
- Calendar planning
- Sourcing and price research
- Maintaining clear communication with clients and ensuring that orders reach their destination
Job requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have an exemplary telephone manner and engagement, and a love and knowledge of the contemporary food scene.
- We are looking for a resourceful, organised, people person, a clear communicator and a team player.
- 2-5 years admin experience required.
- Hours are 8am – 3pm, Mondays to Fridays.
- Salary negotiable, depending on experience.
