Launch Digital is looking for a passionate and driven Google Ads Manager with proven agency experience in managing and optimising successful Google Ads campaigns.
In this role, the candidate will manage multiple Google Ads accounts for a wide range of clients. Most importantly, the candidate will be responsible for getting the best performance from these accounts.
Furthermore, the candidate should have strong organisational skills to manage their workload, and good interpersonal skills to manage their clients.
Responsibilities
- Creating effective Google Ads strategies for clients, and suggesting new campaigns and strategies that help clients achieve their goals.
- Launching Google Ads campaigns to best practices, using Google Ads and Google Ads Editor
- Optimising Google Ads campaigns daily (search term mining, negative keywords, keyword bids) to improve performance
- Installing tracking codes and setting up conversion goals to best practices
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
- Monitoring daily and monthly budgets
- Setting up insightful reports for clients
- Read and understand analytics reports - and be able to relay this information succinctly and simply to clients
- Staying up to date with the latest Google Ads trends
- Writing attractive and concise copy for adverts to encourage higher CTR and ensuring all copy is proofread and error-free
- Maintain good relationships with clients and team members
- Analyse landing pages and make suggestions to improve conversion rate and performance
- Following Launch Digital standard operating procedures related to PPC management
- Effective communication to team, management and client on project development, timelines, and results
- Manage own work schedule and plan weekly schedule and tasks
- Onboarding new clients
- Monthly video calls with clients
- In-depth working knowledge and familiarity with Google Ads, Google Looker Studio, Google Ads Editor, Google Merchant Centre, and Google Analytics.
- Proven experience as a Google Ads Manager within an agency (2 years minimum, with examples of successful campaigns)
- General knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational ability
- Analytical thinking with an affinity for data
- Proof of Google Ads Certifications
