- Achieving the branch spares sales budget.
- Ensuring tele-selling to customers.
- Process picking list for sales orders.
- Pick and pack spares.
- Capture sales orders on SAP computer system.
- Maintaining and following up on customer backorders.
- Attend to customer queries and complaints.
- Assist Technicians with spares related enquiries.
- Monitor outstanding orders daily, liaise with warehouse and buyers.
- Stock control, including cycle counting, receiving, ordering and dispatching stock are all included in the responsibilities.
- Assist in document filing.
- Provide support to service department.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12/Matric.
- Fully conversant with the Defy range of spares.
- Good technical parts interpretation.
- General office and administration skills along with computer literacy (Excel and Word).
- Telephone etiquette.
- Working knowledge of SAP will be a distinct advantage.
