Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Identifying specific regional marketing goals and objectives
- Assisting the Global Head of Marketing to develop creative strategies
- Recommending strategies to implement in regional marketing plans
- Analysing local competition and strengthening the companys brand position in assigned regional areas
- Liaising with the marketing department to suggest product alternatives
- Developing a clear understanding of the financial goals in a region and the key success indicators
- Evaluating productivity and marketing strategies return on investment (ROI)
- A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- A Masters degree will be considered an advantage
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in marketing in the Forex and/or Financial Services sectors is a must
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
- Experience working in a high-tech environment
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills
- Good time-management skills
- Fluent in verbal and written English; any additional language skills will be considered a plus
