Africa Talent by Deloitte (Africa Talent) is a standalone division of Deloitte, owned by Deloitte Africa and Deloitte Netherlands, based in South Africa. Our goal is to meet the growing demand for Talent in Africa and Europe; by recruiting and developing Talent throughout Sub Saharan Africa in order to service the diverse needs to enable projects at our clients. Talent employed will have the full experience of Deloitte, while getting both local and international exposure to a diverse set of clients, working remotely from Africa. It will take advantage of the demographic reality of Africa as a future source of talent for both Africa and Europe and at its core is the goal to create employment in Africa and invest in African talent.

Job Description
Main Purpose of Job
To ensure the coordination of the Experienced Hires recruitment process. The role is focused on ensuring that candidates, Business Representatives and Talent Advisors are in the right place at the right time, with the right information and necessary material.
Differentiators for this specific role
- Clear understanding of all stakeholders internally and externally to ensure appropriate level of communication
- Responsible for the effective scheduling of all candidate interactions with the firm. This includes:
- Talent Advisor interviews
- Business interviews
- Case Studies
- Psychometrics
- Adheres to all policies and procedures relating to the recruitment process
- Takes responsibility and accountability for integrity of system data in their part of the process
- Responsible for the timely coordination of all background and legal checks
- Takes ownership of ensuring top class service during every interaction with candidates. This includes:
- When candidates are present at all Deloitte interactions
- Preparation and presentation of interview packs
- Preparation and presentation of case study material
- Ensures that all stakeholders experience an overwhelming sense of attention and professionalism with each interaction create a feeling of engagement and connection!
- Effectively manages resolution of queries related to their function

- Under close supervision and guidance, assists team to deliver services within defined strategic objectives

Qualifications & Experience
Required
- National Diploma in relevant area ie. Human Resources, Industrial Relations etc
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Administration function
- A completed degree
- Experience gained within professional services or consulting
