Responsibilities
- Develop strategic locality cluster marketing strategies that support the brand and business objectives (South Africa)
- Deliver marketing strategies working with media, agency, and digital partners.
- Work with the Area Managers to Build relationships with franchisee clusters through; strategic insights, execution of the strategy and understanding of their business environment, and challenges and opportunities.
- Work with the Head of Brand Experience to embed Brand Experience through brand touchpoints (as these projects unfold the execution will cascade into franchisee environments)
- Consistently work to obtain high-quality insights from the franchisees and Area Managers and cascade these to the relevant business owners.
- From time to time, work with the head of marketing to deliver more strategic projects; as capacity allows
- Agency Account Manager mid-large agency, ATL or BTL
- MUST have run execution on advertising preferably for either a large Telco, Retailer, or Bank
- Looking for someone with EXCELLENT execution skills, relationship builders, high attention to detail, and ability to think strategically.
- Strong insights skills as well as business acumen an advantage
