- To provide an efficient and effective query resolution service to clients, 3rd parties and branches relating to Capitec Banks handed over-, debt review and administration order clients as well as related ad hoc recoveries and Insurance claim queries.
- Minimum:
- At least 2 years experience in a client service and / or legal collections environment
- Ideal:
- Experience of dealing with client relationships in matters of potential conflict
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Diploma in Law
- Minimum:
- Knowledge of legal collections
- MS Office ( MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)
- Ideal:
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank Handover and CCS Status policy
- Legal Collections processes / procedures
- Debt Review processes / procedures
- Communications Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Analytical Skills
- Business writing skills
- Administration Skills
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
- Clear criminal and credit record
