Purpose Statement

• Ensure compliance to and maintenance of the debt review processes, policies, procedures and timelines.
• Ensure all performance targets set are met and or exceeded

Experience

Min:

• 1 - 2 years experience in a credit collections or banking environment

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal Or Preferred)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Knowledge

Min

Knowledge of :

• Credit Risk Management
• Retail Credit Industry
• National Credit Act (NCA)
• Debt Counselling / mediation/ rehabilitation processes
• Debt Collection
• Deceased estates
• Sequestration
• Estates under administration
• Ombudsman cases

Basic understanding of budgeting and accounting principles

Ideal

Knowledge of:

• Capitec Banks Credit Policy
• Capitec Banks Follow-up Policy,
• Capitec Banks Hand Over Policy
