Retentions Agents

R 8000 offered for highly motivated and results-driven Retentions Agents with a proven track record. The ideal candidate must have 6 months recent local mobile retentions experience and possess a strong background in utilizing Siebel and C3D systems. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position as the successful candidate will be responsible for interacting and retaining customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with existing customers to offer retention options and customized solutions based on their needs and preferences.
• Use Siebel and C3D systems efficiently to manage customer accounts, process requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product and service offerings, ensuring accurate information is presented to customers.
• Meet or exceed set retention targets and contribute positively to the overall team's performance.
• Proactively handle customer complaints or escalations, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and finding appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.

We Offer

• Base salary of R 6000 + R2000 attendance bonus
• This is increased to a further R 500 attendance bonus after month 3

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 6 months recent local mobile retentions experience
• Proficiency in using Siebel and C3D systems is essential.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and retention targets.
