Purpose Of The Job
To be responsible for leading sales within the goals and values of our company. You will contribute to all the processes involved, help manage the distribution system and its territory of operation, be a technical reference and multiply knowledge, and collaborate with different areas of the company to achieve the desired results.
Required Qualifications
- BSc Degree (Soil Science, Plant Nutrition, Horticulture, Plant Physiology, Agronomy, or a combination of these relevant fields).
- Approved in BASOS (FERTASA)
- 3-5 Years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in field trials management and customer prospecting.
- Experience in ensuring the sales process: inclusion of the order, planning of delivery within the necessary time, and monitoring of the payment of the order, aiming to increase sales and satisfy customers.
- Knowledge of the methodology for assembling, conducting, & harvesting fields trials
- Knowledge of presentation techniques in a clear and assertive way
- Drivers' license
- MS Office advanced skills (mainly Power Point & Excel)
- Bilingual: English & Afrikaans verbal & written
- Organization and responsibility
- Ability to identify scenarios & correlate with opportunities.
- Good interpersonal relationships with customers & dealers
- Ability to cope with pressure, volatile environment & unplanned demands in quiet & balanced manner.
