Position Overview
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven automation systems that streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and process automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute AI and automation strategies aligned with business goals.
- System Design and Development: Design and develop AI-driven automation systems, including machine learning models, robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, and intelligent systems for various applications.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze large datasets to build predictive models and algorithms that drive automation processes.
- Process Automation: Identify and automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce human intervention.
- AI Integration: Integrate AI technologies into existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and business analysts, to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI and automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
- Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that AI and automation systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and data security requirements.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Expertise in robotic process automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services.
- Experience using tools like, Integromat (Make), Microsoft Power Automate, IFTTT (If This Then That), Automate.io, Tray.io, Pabbly Connect, Workato, N8n, Parabola, AutomatorWP (for WordPress), LeadsBridge, Zoho Flow, Integrately, Butler for Trello, Elastic.io.
- Expert on Zapier.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience in managing AI and automation projects from concept to implementation, including timeline management and stakeholder communication.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing technologies and business needs.
- Experience with advanced AI techniques such as reinforcement learning, computer vision, or generative models.
- Familiarity with industrial automation and IoT (Internet of Things) technologies.
