Job Function
- Provide administrative support to AME HR Lead and and AME HR business partners.
- Support audits of employee records in partial support AME countries.
- Provide administrative support and reporting within AME equity and compliance programmes.
- Coordinate and manage meetings and HR specific events.
- Provide coordination and support within AME talent and skills development programmes, including but not limited to WD talent profile updates and training intervention support.
- Data analytics.
- Exit interview capture and monthly reporting.
- Engage with Corteva employees to help answer frequently asked questions linked to but not limited to HR platforms and tools, standard policies, company benefits, hiring processes.
- Assist with new hire orientation interventions.
- Ensure 100% compliance to internal ethics, compliance and control requirements and processes for all programmes within your job scope.
- Ensure alignment of communication, transparency and knowledge sharing within the AME HR team for activities within your job scope.
- Stay up to date on external best practice and bring such to the table for discussion to bring the outside in.
- Stay up to date and provide internal updates on regulatory and statutory changes within the AME equity landscape.
- Deliver on goals and assigned deadlines, with full responsibility to achieve such on time and with accuracy.
- Support the implementation of global HR projects within the AME region as directed and when required.
- Provide support within the total HR AME cross-functional people project space as directed by AME HR lead.
- Requirements:
- Applicable qualification: National Degree and/or Diploma in Human Resources.
- The ability to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource information, files and records.
- Excellent track record in project management and meeting deadlines.
- Customer centric orientation with demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a multi-task environment and to collaborate productively with the entire HR team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Ability to work well in diverse teams and with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated flexibility as workload and priorities dictate and fluctuate.
- High aptitude for learning in an agile environment.
- High motivation towards problem solving leveraging global learnings/best practice.
- Attention to detail / accuracy focus are critical success factors.
- Demonstrated competence in working with varied software solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and to make timely decisions with an ownership mindset.
- Valid South African Code B minimum drivers license
