The All-Gen Evolve is currently looking for sales managers, someone who has advisory experience and Life Insurance product knowledge
The requirements are as follow:
- B-degree or equivalent;
- 3-4 years’ experience in the Life Insurance industry;
- Training and compliance knowledge.
Role and responsibilities:
- Products:
- Be the first point of contact for all the financial advisers;
- Compliance with regards to the sales of products;
- Product and compliance training.
- Sales:
- Responsible in assisting new Financial Advisers during their sales process.
- Recruitment:
- Recruitment of new Financial Advisers;
- Perform supervision.
