Alphen Park, Pretoria East: OFFICE MANAGERESS FOR LAW FIRM
Minimum Requirements:
-Afrikaans speaking female preferably aged approximately 40 - 45 years
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 5 years experience at a law firm a must (non negotiable)
-Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
-Well presented and professional, and in good health
-Excellent communication skills and people relations skills
-Excellent organizational skills and accountable
-Able to proficiently multitask under pressure
-Willing and able to work long hours when required
-Emotional mature
-Experience in Human Resources and staff management
-Experience in handling bank statements, internet payments, banking of monies, payment of firm accounts
-Knowledge and/or experience of SARS payments of staff (UIF, SDL, VAT etc.)
-Able to handle confidential information regarding firm and staff
-Able to compile, implement and monitor procedures and methods
-Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
-Contactable References from at least 2 previous latest employers
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full functions regarding office management, administration, finances, facility management of various premises under firm's management
-Full Human Resources function and staff management
-Financial duties (bank statements, internet payments, banking of monies, payment of firm accounts, petty cash etc.)
-Assist with payment of salaries and payroll
-Processing staff leave
-Handle confidential information regarding firm and staff
-Act as Office Manager in all circumstances
-Compile, implement and monitor procedures and methods
-Secretarial and other ad hoc tasks on occasion
Salary: R 15 000 - R 25 000 gross - Negotiable depending on relevant experience
