Whats the role?
- B2C cold calling prospective clients
- Fact-finding and rapport-building over the telephone
- Management of CRM
- Ensuring all notes are accurate on the system
- Managing callbacks effectively
- Pipeline management
- Ensuring new business opportunities are developed through effective lead generation
- Meet personal targets set
- Delivering a great customer experience to all potential Clients
- Office Hours Only 8 am until 8 pm GMT on a rotating shift basis.
On top of an already competitive salary, we offer a lucrative commission scheme and performance-related bonuses.
About You
- The successful candidate will have demonstrable B2C Outbound Telesales/Lead Generation experience, a structured approach, and strong objection-handling skills.
- You will be an excellent communicator with a flawless telephone manner and the ability to build rapport. You will also have strong influencing skills, be a team player, and be able to shine as an individual.
