Skills required:
- 3 – 5 Years solid practical experience in Android Development
- Android SDK essential
- Working with remote data via REST, JSON and XML
- Third-party libraries and APIs
- Mobile trends, architectures and new technology.
- Excellent understanding of the complete mobile development lifecycle
Key Performance Areas:
- Design and build advanced Android applications
- Work with cross-functional teams to define, design and publish new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Bug fixing and improving application performance
- Discover, evaluate and implement new technology to improve development efficiency
Advantageous skills & resources:
- Agile work experience
- Ability to manage their own work and time through tickets
- An existing app or project on the Play Store or on GitHub
- Source code from previous projects
- Proven understanding of mobile user experience design
