- Managing the Rendering Plant, Effluent Plant, and Boiler plant;
- Overseeing the production and maintenance of the above plants;
- Ensuring that the above-mentioned plants are well maintained and comply with all legislation required;
- Ensuring continuous production in the Rendering plant with excellent quality meals produced within the required standards set;
- Ensuring that the effluent water complies at all times with the municipal standards;
- Understanding of ISO standards and OHSACT (No. 85, 1993)
- Minimum National Diploma, Btech or N6 or studying towards;
- Be in possession of a trade certificate as a Millwright;
- Must be computer literate;
- At least 10 years experience as an Artisan;
- At least 5 to 10 years of management experience in operation supervisory role;
- Wastewater treatment experience is essential;
- Good management, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- It is essential that the candidate have a passion for implementing 20 Keys;
- Experience in the FMCG environment will be an added advantage;
- A Management Development Program (MDP) will be an added advantage.
