We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Customer Acquisition Consultants to handle inbound calls, build value, upsell, and close deals to contribute to the growth of our customer base.
This role requires a strong ability to understand customer needs, effectively communicate the benefits of AnyVan's services, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from potential customers.
- Build relationships, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan's services.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the Client Acquisition Manager to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a high call volume environment selling to international (ideally UK) customers
- Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the difference between value and features
- UK Hours (Start times may vary, dependent on seasons and peak times for AnyVan)
- Two Weekend days per month and two weekdays off per month (5 day working week)
Compensation:
- Starting salary R15, 000 - R18, 000 per month
